LSG vs PBKS
Punjab won by 8 wickets against Lucknow in the IPL yesterday. Lucknow, batting first, could make only 171 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs, in reply, Punjab easily chased the target in just 16.2 overs.
From Punjab’s side Prabhsimran Singh did the most explosive batting of 69 runs wiht the help of hit 9 fours and three sixes., apart from this Captain Shreyas played a brilliant innings with 52 runs. He hit three fours and four sixes and Captian Shreyas and Wadhera made a partnership of 43 runs.
Nicholas Pooran scored the most runs for LSG. He scored 44 runs in 30 balls with the help of five fours and two sixes. Arshdeep Singh took three wickets for Punjab. Lockie Ferguson, Glenn Maxwell and Yuzvendra Chahal got one wicket each. The Lucknow team, which came to bat first after losing the toss, had a bad start. Mitchell Marsh was out in the first over without opening the account. In such a situation, Aiden Markram shared a 31-run partnership with Pooran for the second wicket. Captain Skipper Rishabh Pant (2) failed yet again.
